With this kit Legend once more fills a gap for modellers of the M48/60 Patton series of tank. Until now one needed to either rob a M48 kit or pour copies to build an early type M60 "slick" or one of the IDF's Magach 7/7C variants which are based on the slick turret and hull.

The Legend kit contains 52 parts to build 26 sets of road and front idler wheels. Each set is made up of 1 interior wheel, 1 exterior wheel and 1 hub. The wheel set is not designed to be moveable with any of the three manufacturers of 1/35 scale M60s currently on the market. Though possibly a negative for some this won't be a problem for the vast majority of builders. I have found the set easy to use. It may be used on all M60 kits currently on the. market

The kit is moulded in grey resin with some easily remove flash in the holes. The photo below shows the kit parts from the front and rear starting with the top left and proceding clockwise.
